Who reads horoscopes or in this case numeroscopes?

As a numerologist and past-astrology freak I wondered why do we pay heed to
them?
Is it truth or is it self-fulfilling prophesy? Do our lives run better
when we believe there is a plan...a discernable map? What is the
psychology of prognostication?

Life is such a crapshoot...we all want to skip to the end (or at least the
middle) to find out what's going to happen next. Controling or at least
choosing our own destiny has a fragrant allure. There are litereally
hundreds of books published each year that deal chiefly with future
forecasting, fortune telling or other forms of prognostication. Everything
from throwing sticks and coins to reading tea leaves, adding and
subtracting numbers or interpreting ancient cryptic texts is presented to
the masses for consumption. We are clamouring to get an edge on life. And
who wouldn't want that leg up? Especially in these frightening times?

After years and years of being a numerologist, I know that spot-on
predictions are the stuff of dreams. Every one has free will, everyone
makes their life up as they go along, step-by-step. But as we start to
survey where we've come from, it's clear, in hind-sight that there are
patterns, signposts and trends leading in one direction or the other.
Sometimes, just through good 'old human intuition we get a sense of where
things are going; other times that path is rather unclear. Numerology, via
it's highly accessible, easy to grasp systems, helps augment that natural
knowing. Like I said before, it's a tool for living..it's not a magic
wand.

Numerology is a tool for daily living.

Numerology is the ancient art of interpreting the vibrations and energies
associated with numbers. This highly accessible mystic discipline can
reveal the subtleties of our character, personality, and experience.
Through progressed numerology, one may chart the metaphorical signposts
that describe the terrain of our everyday lives.

The use of cycles to reflect the universal ebb and flow of life are central
to Numerology. As with many esoteric traditions, each one of us passes
through a series of encounters structured to build character, introduce
knowledge and evoke maturity born of experimentation and experience,
inference and deduction, intuition and reason. Every twelve months we all
travel through a new personal year, numbered one through nine. Each
personal year features events that bring us closer to mastering our
quixotic impulses, foibles, and gifts.

How it Works

numeroscopes are based on your current birthday

add the individual digits of your birth day to your birth month
(i.e. Oct 12 = 10 + 12 = 22)

add 6 to that total
(i.e. 22 + 5 = 27)

reduce this total to a single number by adding together the digits
(i.e. 27 --> 2 + 5 = 7)

this is your numeroscope number for 2004

your numeroscope number changes annually
